Our main challenge lay in seamlessly integrating a new brand identity into the app while opening access to the world. This endeavor required not only visual redesign but also the implementation of language support, currency exchange rates, and compliance with various legal requirements across regions.

Our paramount goal was to expand app accessibility across diverse regions, languages, and legal frameworks while enhancing the accuracy of earnings projections. Simultaneously, we strove to maintain trust during a rebranding process, ensuring a seamless transition for existing users.

Global Asperations in a Lean Environment

Despite resource constraints, our lean team – comprising myself, two developers, and a project manager – collaborated closely to streamline research, design, and development processes.

After multiple iterations involving wireframes, mockups, and user tests, we presented our prototype for the international release. The results were promising, with a significant expected increase in user engagement.

Following the successful launch, our focus shifted to analyzing user feedback and behavior, directing efforts towards bug fixes, optimization, and feature augmentation.
